Potato Starch
Mainly used as binders and thickeners, the potato starch is a natural and basic element of the food industry. It is characterized by excellent texturizing and stabilizing properties.
Potato Flake
Based on dehydrated potatoes, flakes are basically of two types: full process flakes with low free starch content and optimal cold swelling binding properties giving to products a thickening consistency; low leach flakes with high free starch content, have a high capacity of retaining water and give to products a sticky texture.
Potato Granules
With a robust consistency and superlative potato taste, granules are widely used as functional ingredients. They contain a low quantity of free starch and suit hot processing productions.
Pea Starch
With good thickening and gelling properties, pea starches perform good during high temperature productions. Being rich in amylose, they are ideal for achieving the filming effect. High grade quality pea starches are GMO free, allergenic and gluten free and have a neutral taste.

Rich in amino acids, pea proteins are sugar and gluten free and have a neutral taste. They are suitable as nutritional supplements and heathy products.
Pea Fiber
With pale color and neutral flavor, pea fibers highly absorb water enhancing juiciness and tenderness. They are gluten-free and GMO- free.
